OnexITC app for iPhone and iPad

This application is designed and developed by Osource (Osource Global Pvt.Ltd). This mobile application is a part of Onex – Service Industry ERP suite. Onex ERP consists of business functions like CRM, Project Management, HRM, Finance & Accounts, Document Management. Out of these business functions, Osource has introduced employee centric business activities through mobile application to manage & track employee related activities such as Job/Project approval, Time Management, Expense reimbursement, and leave management. This app uses workflow defined in the ERP suite and routes the individual transactions to respective employees/associates.

Following are the key business features of the application:

1-Dashboard – This summarized reports about Utilisation of Resources, Non Submission of time, task overdue and overrun ratio. These dashboards are available for the last week, last month and year-to-date.

2-Approval- Reporting managers will have an option to approve or reject their team’s requests such as time sheet, expense sheet, Job/Project, Invoice etc.

3-People Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of everyone working within Osource and this also allows users to call or email using this application.

4-Contact Search- This option allows all users to search for contact details of customers where the user are mapped and this also allows users to call or email using this application.
